Update at 7:24 am on September 18: Maintenance is complete and services have been tested and verified.
Network services, both wired and Wi-Fi, will be unavailable in a number of East Campus buildings (see Affected Buildings below) from 6:30 am to 7:30 am on Wednesday, September 18. This emergency code upgrade to the controller software is recommended by the vendor to address a security advisory.
Impact
All network services, including the wired network, VoIP phone service, UCB Wireless, UCB Guest and eduroam, will be unavailable in multiple campus buildings (see Affected Buildings below) from 6:30 am to 7:30 am on Wednesday, September 18.
