Description
OIT has scheduled an emergency upgrade of the VPN service to resolve a bug that causes the VPN server to crash. The work will take place from 8 pm to 10 pm on Monday, September 16 and may make the VPN service unavailable for a portion of that time.
Impact
The VPN service may experience outages during the 8 pm to 10 pm emergency upgrade. There may be multiple periods of lost VPN connections which will require users to log in again.
