Description
UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 pm on Saturday, September 21 to 11:59 pm on Sunday, September 22. During this time Campus Solutions, the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals, and some of the resources accessed through these services, will be unavailable (see Affected Services below). Services that are linked through the portals, but not otherwise dependent upon them, will still be accessible through direct links (see Affected Services). The extended window will allow UIS to replace, expand, and improve the UIS digital storage environments by migrating data from the old SAN equipment to the new SAN equipment at Hosting.
Impact
During the maintenance window from 6 pm on Saturday, September 21 to 11:59 pm on Sunday, September 22, Campus Solutions, the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals, and some of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Affected Services below).
If you encounter errors in HCM applications following the maintenance, clearing your browser cache often resolves the issues.
