Update on 9/10/19: The maintenance window has been extended to 3 pm in order to complete the move to a new version of the Federated Identity Service. Qualtrics will not accept logins until this move is completed; however, the completion of surveys and scheduled distributions will not be affected.
Qualtrics authentication will be moved to a new version of the Federated Identity Service from 12 pm noon on Monday, September 9 to 9 am on Tuesday, September 10. During this move timeframe, new Qualtrics users will not be able to create accounts, and from 7 am to 9 am on the 10th, users will be unable to log in to Qualtrics. The completion of surveys and scheduled distributions will not be affected by this move. Moving Qualtrics to the Federated Identity Service will enable single-sign-on access.
Impact
From 12 pm noon on Monday, September 9 to 9 am on Tuesday, September 10, new Qualtrics users will not be able to create accounts, and from 7 am to 9 am on the 10th, users will be unable to log in to Qualtrics. The completion of surveys and scheduled distributions will not be affected.
