Issue Resolved at 10:06 am on 8/14/19: Canvas course creation issue has been resolved, instructors can resume creating courses for Canvas via the MyCUInfo portal. Thank you for your patience.
Update on 8/14/19 at 8:00 am: Canvas course creation via MyCUInfo is still unavailable. OIT continues to investigate, no ETA at this time.
Workaround: If you need a Canvas course created, please email firstname.lastname@example.org the course request information.
Issue reported at 10:30 am on 8/13/19: Instructors are experiencing an issue with not being able to create Canvas courses via MyCUInfo portal. OIT is currently investigating and we will update this alert once we have more information.
