Issue resolved at 11:12am 06/19/19: Identity & Access Management has stated that the issues with POI affiliation loss have been resolved, and affected users should now have access to the VPN service again.
Issue update at 05:55pm 06/18/19: Identity & Access Management has stated that loss of VPN access for POI's is a possible impact for this issue.
Issue reported at 05:45pm 06/18/19: Identity & Access Management is investigating potential issues with affiliation data for POIs. There was an unexpected delay on 6/17 with UIS planned maintenance related to the data warehouse and Boulder's access to employee source data. This caused some HR data to be unavailable during last night's Registry Jobstream run.
Identity & Access Management believes that these issues will be corrected tonight
Even if the issues are resolved tonight, this problem could persist until approximately 10am on Wednesday due to the timing of other automated jobs.
Impact
- Loss of VPN access for POIs.
