Issue resolved at 06/05/2019 10:10am: OIT has confirmed that Lecture Capture recordings have been restored and are now functional.

Issue reported at 06/05/2019 9:12am: Lecture recordings in Canvas do not seem to be accessible at this time. OIT is investigating the cause of this issue and is working to resolve it with the utmost urgency.
