Update: The upgrade of wireless controllers in RL1, originally scheduled for August 9, has been postponed. A new Service Alert will be issued when this upgrade has been rescheduled.
The Office of Information Technology will upgrade wireless controllers on Thursday, August 9 in order to enhance wireless functionality, increase system stability and accommodate network growth.
Impact
During the upgrade, users may find that UCB Wireless and Guest Wireless are unavailable in affected campus buildings (see Affected Buildings below) for up to one hour.
