Service Restored: Router Upgrades (Localized Network Outages)

Software for the Economics, Muenzinger and RL1 network routers will be upgraded on Tuesday, December 20. This upgrade is necessary to support new wireless functionality.

Impact

Each router will be offline for approximately five minutes while the software is installed causing five minute wired and wireless network outages in a number of buildings across campus (see Affected Buildings below).
