Description
On Wednesday, November 21 at 5 a.m., OIT will be applying updates on the campus phone system. This work is not expected to cause an outage for the phone service; however, if one does occur it should last no longer than five minutes.
Impact
During the maintenance phone service should not be impacted. However, if the system reboots during the update, existing calls will drop, users will not hear dial tone for 5 minutes and Call Center agents will be logged out of their Call Center skills.
