Service maintenance completed at 11:05 a.m.: All network switches in the Koelbel Building are back up and functioning normally.
Maintenance update at 8:20 a.m.: Some network swtiches in the Koelbel Building have remained in a degraded state or become unreponsive since the upgrade. OIT is onsite and investigating. Some areas of the Koelbel Building may still be experiencing network service unavailability.
The network switches that serve the Koelbel Building will undergo an upgrade on Tuesday, March 25, starting at 6:00 a.m. and concluding by 7:00 a.m. Both wired and wireless network services in the Koelbel Building will be disrupted for the majority of the maintenance window.
