Description
To resolve a previously reported single-sided printing issue affecting the mobile printing service, OIT will upgrade the software on the mobile printing server on Friday, April 18, starting at 4:30 a.m and concluding by 6:30 a.m. During the two-hour maintenance window, the mobile printing service will be unavailable.
Impact
During the two-hour maintenance window, the mobile printing service will be unavailable and unresponsive to any print jobs that are queued. Jobs queued during the maintenance will need to be requeued once the maintenance is complete. This maintenance will affect mobile printing only; all other printing methods will remain available.
