Service Restored: Microsoft Exchange

Description

The campus Microsoft Exchange service will undergo maintenance on Friday, February 3 starting at 10 p.m. to add servers, upgrade memory and apply new branding to the login page (see example below). This work is expected to be completed by midnight.

Impact

During the maintenance customers may notice brief, intermittent interruptions; however, the service will remain available throughout the maintenance. If you are connected to Exchange at the time the maintenance starts you may have to reconnect; however, Outlook clients should automatically reconnect. Following the maintenance the Outlook Web Access login page (https://exchangeweb.colorado.edu) will have new branding. There is no action necessary on the part of Exchange customers.
