Description

In order to complete maintenance on the CULearn service, the service will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes on Friday, April 13 starting at 10 p.m. It is anticipated that the service will be restored by 10:30 p.m. that night. 

Update 4/13/12 1:40 p.m.
During the maintenance, a new Java certificate will be applied. After the maintenance, you may see a pop-up window indicating that there is an expired Java certificate. If you see this pop-up, it means that you need to clear your computer's Java cache. Follow our step-by-step instructions for how to do this on both Macintosh and Windows.

Impact

During the maintenance, customers will be unable to log in to CULearn.
