The Federated Identity Service will undergo maintenance from 8 pm to 8:15 pm on Tuesday, January 25. During the 15-minute maintenance window, web services that rely on the IdentiKey single sign-on (SSO) authentication provided by the Federated Identity Service (see Affected Services below) may not be available.

Service Issue Reported at 8 p.m. on 1/24/22: OIT is investigating an issue with Federated Identity Service, which is used as an IdentiKey login platform for many CU Boulder services.
The January admissions decision release, which will start at 8 a.m. on Saturday, January 22, and conclude by 12 p.m. (noon) on Sunday, January 23, could cause delays for IdentiKey creation, account changes and other processes within the IdentiKey Manager service.
Service Restored at 3:15 PM on 1/10/2022: The email delays have been resolved. Mail delivery will occur at the normal rate.
Turnitin will undergo maintenance by the vendor from 5 pm on Friday, January 7, to 1 am on Saturday, January 8. During this timeframe, Turnitin.com and the Canvas Turnitin integration will not be available.
Turnitin.com and the Canvas Turnitin integration will not be available for the duration of the 8-hour maintenance window and users will be unable to access Turnitin features during this time.
VoiceThread will undergo a database upgrade by the vendor, making the service unavailable, from 3 am to 11 am on Wednesday, December 29. This update is required by the vendor.
