CU Boulder academic and administrative offices will be closed from Saturday, December 25 - Sunday, January 2, 2022. In addition to the campus-wide break, OIT will be closed on Friday, December 24.
Accordingly, OIT’s support resources will have the following staffing and business hours changes:
IT Service Center
The IT Service Center will be closing early on Thursday, December 23 at 5:00pm, and will be closed from Friday, December 24 - Sunday, January 2. Contact the IT Service Center at 303-735-4357, or email oithelp@colorado.edu.
Buff Techs
The Buff Techs virtual appointments, as well as its main location in the CASE building will be closed from Friday, December 24 - Sunday, January 2. Schedule an appointment with Buff Techs.
The Buff Techs Norlin location will be closed starting Monday, December 20. This location will reopen for the spring 2022 semester on Monday, January 10.
Dedicated Desktop Support
OIT’s Dedicated Desktop Support service will be closed Friday, December 24 - Sunday, January 2.
Visit the OIT Support page for self service resources during the break. Normal business hours for the IT Service Center, Buff Techs in the CASE building, and all of OIT will resume on Monday, January 3, 2022.
