Service Restored on 03/14/22 at 9:34a.m.: OIT has resolved the remote phone registration issue.

Service Issue Reported on 03/14/22 at 9:06a.m.: OIT is investigating numerous reports of users unable to sign into remote phones. Both general users and contact centers appear to be affected.

Enterprise Applications including Campus Solutions & Portals

UIS will perform a maintenance update from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 13. During this time Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, MyCUBoulder, and Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services, will be unavailable (see Affected Services below). Services that are linked through the portals, but not otherwise dependent upon them, will still be accessible through direct links (see Affected Services below).

Enterprise Database (multiple services impacted)

The production Enterprise Database (EDB) service will undergo maintenance between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Sunday, March 13. This will impact services that are dependent upon the Enterprise Database, including the Federated Identity Service and services that rely on it for logins such as MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, Canvas, and many more (see Impact and Affected Services below). The work being done during the maintenance will improve security, stability and functionality of the EDB.

Emergency - VPN Services

The campus’s VPN services will undergo a software upgrade between 10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Friday, March 4. Those who are using the VPN at the time of the upgrade may be disconnected from the VPN and need to log in again. This maintenance is necessary to address bugs in the current code version and is recommended by the VPN vendor.

Artifactory is Unavailable

Service Restored at 8:45 A.M. on 3/4/2022: The vendor reported that issues with their infrastructure which impacted our Artifactory service (artifactory.colorado.edu) on Thursday were resolved as of 7:24 P.M. last night.

Service Issue Reported at 3:30 P.M. on 3/3/2022: OIT is aware of issues loading the web interface for Artifactory.  The vendor has been engaged.

Wireless access point reboots - PRL3, EKLC/CIRE, LIBR, UMC starting at 9 pm

Maintenance Scheduled at 9 p.m. on 3/2/22: OIT will be restarting Wi-Fi Access Points in the following buildings on the evening of March 2, 2022, starting at 9 p.m., Pearl East Circle (PRL3) followed by Ekeley Sciences Building and Cires Lidar Facility. At 10 p.m. the access points at Norlin Library will be restarted followed by the UMC. Users may experience temporary outages. This maintenance is to address some network issues.

Artifactory is Unavailable

Service Restored at 10:45 A.M. on 3/3/2022: Service to Artifactory has been restored by the vendor.

Service Issue Reported at 3:17 P.M. on 3/2/2022: OIT is receiving reports that Artifactory is unavailable. The vendor's status page is reporting degraded service for the AWS data center hosting our instance. Customers are unable to access the web UI or push packages. The Vendor is aware and OIT is awaiting service restoration.
