Service Restored at 10:10 p.m.:  The D2L vendor has addressed the technical issues, and the D2L system is again available.

Service Issue Updated at 4:45 p.m.: D2L is still unavailable; however, they believe the root cause has been identified and are planning for emergency maintenance tonight to address the problem. D2L has assured that this issue has the highest priority attention.

Service Issue Updated at 2:35 p.m.:  D2L continues to be unavailable. OIT continues to work with the D2L vendor to address the technical issues with D2L. We apologize for any inconvenience as we work to restore the D2L service.

Service Issue Updated at 11:13 a.m.: Some logins to Desire2Learn are currently failing. It is believed this is related to the file upload issue reported at 10:18 a.m. (below). OIT is partnering with the vendor to investigate the issues. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Service Issue Reported at 10:18 a.m.:  Faculty members are unable to upload files within Desire2Learn, the campus' online learning environment. The system is available. OIT is partnering with the vendor to investigate the issues. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.

The SaaS Operations team report that the infrastructure issues have been resolved and all functionality has been restored to your Learning Environment.

Incident: The D2L Network Operations Center (NOC) advises that an infrastructure event in your SaaS facility may be impacting access for some clients. 

End User Impact: You may experience issues accessing the Learning Environment, or with accessing files or content.

Status: No additional updates to report. SaaS Operations and Network Operations teams are continuing to work with vendors on the issue. All required resources are working diligently to find a solution to this issue.
