Office 365 - OneDrive for Business

OneDrive for Business allows users to keep all files in a one location in Microsoft's cloud environment, with the ability to access from a phone, tablet or computer. The versatile feature set of OneDrive allows for easy access and collaboration. Some of the features include:

  • Access files from anywhere with an internet connection
  • Create, edit and share documents regardless of device
  • 1 TB storage quota with 10 GB maximum file size
  • Document version history
  • Integration with other Office 365 products, allowing for in browser editing
  • Desktop and mobile applications

OneDrive in Web Browser

OneDrive can be accessed through any modern web browser. To access your OneDrive:

  1. Log in to the Office 365 portal using your and IdentiKey password.
  2. Select OneDrive located in the Apps menu.

OneDrive for Desktop

Windows 10 includes the OneDrive app, allowing users to browse files independent of a web browser or any additional downloads. Mac users can Download OneDrive from the App Store.

OneDrive for Mobile Devices
