Office 365 - OneDrive for Business

OneDrive for Business allows users to keep all files in a one location in Microsoft's cloud environment, with the ability to access from a phone, tablet or computer.


The versatile feature set of OneDrive allows for easy access and collaboration. Some of the features include:

  • Access files from anywhere with an internet connection
  • Create, edit and share documents regardless of device
  • 1 TB storage quota with 10 GB maximum file size
  • Document version history
  • Integration with other Office 365 products, allowing for in browser editing
  • Desktop and mobile applications

OneDrive in Web Browser

OneDrive can be accessed through any modern web browser. To access your OneDrive:

  1. Log in to the Office 365 portal using your CULoginName and IdentiKey password.
  2. Select OneDrive located in the Apps menu.

OneDrive for Desktop

Microsoft provides a OneDrive for Business for Windows desktop application, allowing users to browse files independent of a web browser. Currently, there is no equivalent OneDrive for Business application available for Mac OS; however, using the Microsoft Document Connection application (available in the Mac Office 2011 package), Mac users can access their OneDrive files.
