OneDrive - Manage access to shared files

Step

Log into https://www.office.com/ using your IdentiKeyUsername@colorado.edu email and your IdentiKey password.

Step

Click on the app launcher in the top left corner of the screen.

Step

Click OneDrive.

Step

Select the file you would like to share and click Share.

Note: You can also share a file from the Microsoft 365 apps by opening the file and going to File -> Share -> Share with people

Click on the Manage access icon(s) in the bottom left corner of the sharing menu. Depending on how you have shared the file, these icons may look different.

Alternatively, you can right-click on the file from the My Files list and click Manage Access.

Step

You'll see a list of people the file has been directly shared with. To edit the sharing permissions for a specific person, click on their name. To remove all access (including links), click Stop sharing

To manage shared links, click Links.

Step

Click Copy to copy the shared link.

Click the gearwheel icon to modify the permissions for the link.

Click the trashcan icon to remove the link.
