It was recently announced that the go-live date for the Elevate project was moved back a month, to December 3 for HCM and December 10 for FIN, to allow additional time for users to familiarize themselves with the upgraded system.
If you are an HCM, CU Careers or FIN user, we strongly suggest that you use this time to assure that you are using versions of applications and browsers that are supported by Elevate and the portal.
UIS has created a handy webpage that includes all the compatibility information you need to make sure you are running a supported configuration before the Elevate rollout. Please note: If your computer is managed by Dedicated Desktop Support, your browsers are up-to-date and should be ready for the Elevate upgrade. If however you encounter issues after the Elevate rollout, we suggest trying a different browser as a quick work-around. Please also contact your Dedicated Desktop Support technician so we can track the incompatibility and report it to the Elevate team. As always, feel free to contact us if you would like assistance.
