Issue Resolved on 8/19/20 at 10:38 AM: Kaltura services have been fully resolved.

Issue Updated on 8/19/20 at 7:25 AM: Kaltura engineers have issued a fix and are watching the environment to ensure normal performance. OIT is monitoring and our users do not appear to be impacted.

Issue Updated on 8/18/2020 at 6:05PM: Users may not be able to see videos. Vendor has issued a partial fix and is working to resolve a secondary issue.

Issue reported on 8/18/20 at 5 PM: Users are unable to see any videos hosted on Kaltura. Vendor is aware and has identified a potential root cause. They are working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
