Issue resolved at 5:00 pm 07/08/19: The Enterprise Datebase service has been restored.

Issue update at 8:20 pm 07/05/19: The Enterprise Datebase service has been restored, which includes Aurora, Roster Email Service, Northstar, and My Groups interface. OIT will run the job stream tomorrow. More information will be posted tomorrow around 5:00 pm. 

Issue update at 06:21 pm 07/05/19: Messaging and Collaboration has confirmed this issue is impacting Aurora and the Roster Email Service (All emails sent to the Rosters service will be queued by sendmail until the service is restored).

Issue update at 05:41 pm 07/05/19: Identity and Access Management has confirmed the issue appears to be impacting person data only. Due to this several services are impacted which rely on data feed access. (Northstar, Automated Data Feeds, My Groups interface)

Issue reported at 05:10 pm 07/05/19: The IT Service Center has received reports that the Enterprise Database is currently experiencing an outage and multiple reports of errors.

The IT Service Center has engaged several OIT departments and will update this alert once we have additional information.
