Issue resolved at 7:20 am on 7/11/19: Faculty are now able to create their courses in Canvas via MyCUInfo. Thank you for your patience.

Some faculty members may be unable to create their Canvas courses via MyCUInfo. If you are having trouble requesting your course, first try clearing your browser's cache and allowing pop-ups. https://oit.colorado.edu/services/network-internet-services/wireless-internet/ucb-wireless/help/clear-browser-cache

If this triage does not work contact help@colorado.edu with the course name, professor, and term for the course to be made.

OIT is currently engaged with UIS to find a solution as soon as possible.
