Service Restored 09:16 AM 06/16/18: IEC network service is restored. It is now believed this mornings problem with the VPN tunnel was related to yesterday's disruption in power. An emergency upgrade and clean reboot has been scheduled with the customer for today at 12:15 PM MST.
Issue Reported 08:55 AM 06/13/18 : Networking service down impacting the International English Center (IEC) Department. OIT is investigating, no ETA at this time. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
Issue resolved at 2:15 p.m. on 6/12/18: OIT has confirmed networking within the International English Center has been restored.
Issue reported at 12:16 p.m. on 6/12/18: Networking service down impacting the International English Center (IEC) Department. OIT is investigating, no ETA at this time. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
