Why the upgrade?

  • This new system is ADA compliant.
  • It’s part of a larger plan to standardize all touch panels in large lecture halls. More halls will be upgraded in the future. We’re hoping that having the same system in each large lecture hall, will make your teaching experience easier.

Support offered

We recognize change is never easy, so there will be various forms of support for this transition.

  • The first two days of the semester (Aug. 27 & 28), an Office of Information employee will be in every large lecture hall to assist.
  • Drop in demo sessions (no reservation needed) on Friday, Aug. 24 in CHEM 142 with sessions at 10 a.m., noon, and 2 p.m.
  • User guide

If you would like additional help or have questions regarding this change, please reach out to the IT Service Center at 303-735-4357 (5-HELP) or help@colorado.edu.

Additional Classroom Technology Services

  • Technology Equipped Room List: OIT supports over 200 technology equipped rooms on campus. Search the list by building, capacity, or features to find a space that works for you.
  • Classroom Capture: Capture audio and video from lectures or special events. Recordings are available online for on-demand viewing through the end of the semester.
