Starting today, there is a new service for reporting problems in campus computer labs designed to increase service efficiency and decrease response time. That’s because the new problem reporting tool is directly connected to OIT’s IT service management platform, ServiceNow.
The new problem reporting tool is accessed in the same way as before and provides the same functionality as the old reporting tool—helping OIT identify and fix issues in the computer labs.
