Model 8800 Series

Self Care Portal for Telephone Settings and Speed Dial Numbers 

Phones include access to a Self Care Portal where you can manage your telephone settings, including speed dial numbers, ring settings, voicemail notification, call history, and call forwarding. To access the Self Care Portal, you must be on campus or using VPN. For information about using the Self Care Portal, refer to the links below: 

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • Moving your IP telephone may result in incomplete location information being shown if the phone is used to dial 911 in an emergency situation.
  • Use the Voice/Data Services Request form to request the change.

Model 9971 Phones
