Cisco VoIP - Forward Your Phone

Use the following instructions to forward your phone to Voicemail or another number of your choice.

*Note: To access the Self Care Portal, you must be on campus, or using VPN.

Step 1

Open a browser window and go to the Cisco VoIP Self Care Portal.

*Note: You must be on campus, or using VPN to access the portal. 

Step 2

Enter your IdentiKey username and password, then click Sign in.

Step 3

From the left sidebar, select Call Forwarding.

Step 4

Check the Forward all calls to: box.

Step 5

Choose either Voicemail or Add new number from the drop down menu.

*Note: If adding a forwarding number, add an 8 for a local number or 8 - 1 for a long distance number (as if you were making an off-campus call).

Step 6

Click Save.
