Starting June 29, those with Cisco VoIP phones who wish to connect to the self-care portal will need to do so using a new URL. If you bookmarked the self-care portal page, please remember to update it to the new URL (https://ucmuser.colorado.edu/ucmuser/) on Wednesday, June 29. Please note that this new URL will not work before June 29.
Cisco VoIP phones include access to a self-care portal where one can manage their telephone settings including speed dial numbers, ring settings, voicemail notification, call history and call forwarding. The OIT website has step-by-step instructions for managing your VoIP speed dial buttons and a self-care portal user guide. The self-care portal only applies to those with Cisco VoIP phones.
