Removal of faulty Dell SupportAssist

Dell recently pushed an update that has been causing periodic reboots on a number of computers across campus. We have identified the source of the issue as the Dell SupportAssist application. OIT has already taken steps to block the faulty update; however, the number of impacted devices continues to grow. 

To fully resolve the issue, OIT will uninstall the application from Buff Tech Pro-managed computers this evening. There should be no impact, except for those who use SupportAssist.
