Microsoft 365 - Desktop and Mobile Apps

Microsoft Software Available for No Cost

Eligible CU Boulder faculty, staff and students can download the latest versions of Microsoft 365 software at no cost. All available applications (dependent on device) may be installed on up to five computers and five mobile devices.

The desktop applications (shown below) are available for download using your IdentiKeyUsername@colorado.edu and IdentiKey password on the Microsoft 365 Software page (Windows and macOS only).

How to get it

Desktop Applications

For desktop applications on Windows and macOS, open a web browser and go to the Microsoft 365 Software page. Download and begin installing the software package. Once prompted, enter your IdentiKeyUsername@colorado.edu and IdentiKey password to activate the applications on your device.

Mobile Applications

To find available applications for your mobile device, you can search for the name of the application in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Tap on the link below to go directly to the application download location:
