Microsoft 365 - Download Applications

Use the following documentation to learn how to navigate and download software from within the Microsoft 365 portal.

*Note: You can go directly to the Microsoft 365 Software download page to find available applications; however, if already within the portal use the instructions below.

Step 1

Sign in to the Microsoft 365 portal using your (link sends email)IdentiKeyUsername@colorado.edu and IdentiKey password.

Step 2

Click the Take me to my Microsoft 365 Apps button.

Step 3

Click on Install apps.

Step 4

Click on the Microsoft 365 Apps option. The Microsoft 365 apps installer will begin downloading. 

*Note: If you do not see the Microsoft 365 Apps option, you most likely do not have access to the desktop version of the Microsoft 365 suite.
