Service maintenance completed at 3:00 p.m.: Today's Enterprise Directory database maintenance has completed ahead of schedule. All affected services listed below have been restored.

Service maintenance updated at 12:30 p.m.: For those of you attempting to access the scholarship application site located at mycuboulder.colorado.edu, but not able to due to this maintenance event, Admissions has extended today's scholarship application deadlines to Monday, February 17 at 11:59 p.m.

The Enterprise Directory database will undergo extensive hardware and software upgrades, including an upgrade of all Oracle instances to the current version of Oracle 11g on Saturday, February 15, starting at 7:00 a.m. and concluding by 10:00 p.m. During the 15-hour maintenance window, many services that are dependent on the database such as Mobile MyCUInfo, CU Boulder Identity Manager, CUClickers, DEPA, and FRPA (to name a few) will be unavailable. Affected Services

During the maintenance window, the following services will be unavailable for up to 15 hours:

  • MyCUBoulder (mycuboulder.colorado.edu)
  • Applied Math service
  • CEPS quick provisioning
  • CU Boulder Identity Manager (cuidm.colorado.edu)
  • Data feeds/interfaces (nightly updates from OIT will be delayed)
  • Google Apps (provisioning process)
  • Mobile MyCUInfo
  • Northstar
  • Study Abroad database view
  • MyCUInfo services:
    • Book lists in student schedules
    • D2L course requests in the Faculty Toolkit
    • Excel-friendly rosters in the Faculty Toolkit
    • DEPA (conflict of interest reporting)
    • eAcademy (discounted software)
    • FRPA (faculty reporting)
    • Clickers
      • Students won’t be able to see/register clickers from the button on the schedule
      • Faculty won’t be able to download CUClicker rosters from the Faculty  Toolkit

There is a possibility that the following services/processes will be delayed as a result of the maintenance:

  • Mail routing updates
  • Registry jobstream
  • Sympa Course Roster synchronization
