Service Restored at 4:48 p.m. on 8/26/24: OIT has isolated the issue and believes the issue is resolved. If a device does not automatically connect to UCB Wireless or UCB Guest, please restart the device. The networking team will continue to monitor the service.
Service Issue Update at 4:30 p.m. on 8/26/24: OIT's network team has performed field testing that confirmed an issue. Troubleshooting continues. We will post updates to this Service Alert as we learn more.
Service Issue Reported at 1:30 p.m. on 8/26/24: OIT is investigating an issue with CU Boulder WiFi and possibly other internet connectivity methods. We will post updates to this Service Alert as we learn more.
Note: The update we provided at 2:25 p.m. indicated that there was no indication of a WiFi issue. We have now confirmed that there was an issue that was impacting WiFi connections. We also noted that we're making a troubleshooting guide. That work is still in progress for users who need help troubleshooting network connectivity and network registration issues.
