Description

Service Restored at 1:30 PM on 06/27/2022: The University's Adobe Enterprise Campus site license renewal has been completed. Users should no longer receive messages that the license will expire in 7 days.

 

Service Issue Reported at 12:00 on 06/27/2022: Adobe product users are receiving a message saying their license has expired, but the product(s) can still be used at this time. The applications are not limited in any way. Users will just need to click "ok" to move past the expiration messages.

OIT Software is working with the PSC to confirm the renewal which should be complete be end of day and completion will remove the expiration message.
