Service Restored at 1:44 pm on 11/09/2021: We completed rerouting traffic back to healthy infrastructure to resolve the issue. Additionally, while the autoscale progressed, we performed manual scale outs in both affected portions of underlying infrastructure. Users should now be able to access Microsoft 365 as normal.
Service Issue Updated at 9:10 am on 11/09/2021: This issue is not related to CU Boulder's implementation of MFA. According to Microsoft, this issue is affecting customers "primarily in the central region of North America."
Service Issue Reported at 8:07 am on 11/09/2021: Users may be unable to access one or more Microsoft 365 services when using Single Sign On (SSO) apps for authentication. OIT is currently investigating.
