Update at 5 a.m. on 8/25/21: To address a campus network issue that happened early Wednesday, OIT restarted a campus border router at 4:40 a.m. The reboot successfully resolved the network issues as well as the routing issues from Monday. As a result, the border router reboot has been completed.
Original notice: One of the campus border routers will be rebooted between 6 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 25, in order to address an issue that caused a campus network outage on Monday. Because the border routers are redundant, OIT does not expect an impact from this reboot and campus network traffic should not be affected.
Impact
