Service restored at 11:59 AM on 8/23/21: Network services have been restored to the CU Boulder campus. You may need to log back into services that were affected by the outage such as Canvas, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, VPN and others. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the IT Service Center at oithelp@colorado.edu or 303-735-4357.

Issue updated at 11:52 AM on 8/23/21: Network services appear to be returning to the CU Boulder campus. You may need to log back into services that were affected such as Canvas, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, VPN and others. OIT will continue to monitor network traffic and provide updates as we learn more.

Issue reported at 11:09 AM on 8/23/21:  The CU Boulder campus is currently experiencing network issues that are affecting various services. This includes but is not limited to the campus VPN, off-campus traffic connecting to certain campus domains including services that use Federated Identity (e.g., Canvas, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal), and all remote phones. OIT is currently investigating.
