Issue resolved on 4/20/21 at 10:12 am: Thie issue should now be resolved and cloud recordings should be working as normal. 

Issue reported on 4/20/21 at 10am: We are currently investigating reports of delays in cloud recording displaying on the web portal.

This is only a display issue, we are working towards a resolution and will provide updates as we have them.
