Google has resolved the issue with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides.

Issue reported at 09:58 am on 04/12/2021:

Google is investigating reports of an issue with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides.

The affected users are able to access Google Drive but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Affected users are unable to create new Docs, Sheets and Slides.

We will provide more information as we receive it from Google.
