Description

Update at 10:21 am: Maintenance is complete and OIM and IdentiKey Manager are now functioning normally.

Update at 8:47 am: OIM database patching is still in progress by our colleagues at CU Denver, who support the OIM service for all the campuses. They expect that it may still require another two hours. We are going to keep IdentiKey Manager (identikey.colorado.edu) down until complete per their recommendation, as well as keep any new account creates paused. It would probably be good to avoid other direct OIM account creation activity if possible (e.g. secondary account creation via Aurora) during this time.

_____

CU Boulder account management functions, including CU Boulder IdentiKey Manager, will be affected by database patching from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 6. During the maintenance window, IdentiKey Manager will be unavailable and new account creation processes (including sponsored accounts and Quick Provisioning of Continuing Ed and Online degree program students) will be queued and delayed until the upgrade is complete. This upgrade is necessary to apply critical patches.

Impact

CU Boulder IdentiKey Manager will be unavailable and the creation of new accounts (including sponsored accounts and Quick Provisioning of Continuing Ed and Online degree program students) will be queued and delayed from noon to 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 6.
