Issue resolved on 2/25/21 at 12:04pm: The cause of this issue has been identified and addressed. This issue has been resolved. If students continue to encounter error messages, a cache clear should resolve fix the issue.
Issue reported on 2/25/21 at 10:30am: We are aware of a problem connecting to some services within Buff Portal. The issue manifests as a message such as "ping.prod.cu.edu refused to connect."
Workaround: close your browser, open a fresh incognito/private browsing session, go directly to buffportal.colorado.edu, and try the link again. It should work, though subsequent links may not.
We currently do not have an ETA for this to be fixed, though we're exploring other ways of addressing the issue.
