Service restored at 5:33 pm on 1/25/21: New accounts, PIN emails, and AD group population issues have been addressed.
Service Issue Reported at 9:18 am on 1/25/21: The Identity and Access Management team (IAM) is working on various issues as a result of a large volume of admitted students over the weekend. The following issues are a direct result of this activity:
- New accounts in downstream resources may be delayed (Google, LDAP, Canvas, etc.)
- Email sent to new admitted students with a PIN to activate their Identikey is delayed or may need to be resent
- AD access groups that are populated by Grouper will be delayed
