Issue restored at 12:40 PM on 01/12/2021: Canvas is now able to be logged into.
Issue reported at 12:33 PM on 01/12/2021: Canvas is currently down for the CU boulder instance, any attempt at logging in results in the error message saying "canvas does not have an account for user" OIT is currently investigating
