The patching and upgrading of storage firmware will make the UCB Files service unavailable between 8 pm on Friday, July 19, and 6 am on Saturday, July 20. This upgrade will affect availability of UCB Files, Files, CVCN, CWorld, and EBio Files fileshares (see Impact section for details). During this timeframe, users of the UCB Files service may receive an error message if they try to save or access files.
From 8 pm on Friday, July 19, and 6 am on Saturday, July 20, fileshares on the Enterprise Storage service will be unavailable. This will affect fileshare that begin with the following paths:
After the maintenance is complete, it may be necessary to restart your computer in order to connect to the service. This maintenance will not affect access to local files on your computer.
