Service Restored: UIS Services Restored

My.CU.edu (the staff portal), HR, Finance, Cognos, DARSweb, PeopleSoft Fin Reporting, Peoplesoft HR Reporting systems are currently unavailable. UIS is investigating and updated information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Tuesday, August 30:

• 10 a.m. - UIS is investigating reports of inaccessibilty to my.cu.edu, Cognose, DARsweb.
• Update: 12:51 p.m. - Problems appear to be intermittent. UIS is still working on a solution.
• Update: 3:13 p.m. - UIS is continuing to work out issues with those systems still affected (MyCU.edu, Cognos, HR Prod, Fin Prod,  Peoplesoft Fin Reporting and Peoplesoft HR Reporting systems). DARSweb & eRA are having intermittent access issues.
• Update: 4:38 p.m. - UIS is receiving reports that the portal, MyCUInfo, is now unavailable. UIS is continuing to investigate this issue.
• Update: 4:49 p.m. - MyCUInfo is available. The rest of the services are still unavailable at this time.
• Update 6:31 p.m. - DARwin appears to be available. UIS is continuing to work to resolve the other system issues.
• Update 9:30 p.m. - UIS was able to restore access to HR-Production and FIN -Production, but as of 9:30 p.m., DARS, Cognos, and my.cu.edu were still down

Wednesday, August 31:

• Update: 12:30 a.m. - All UIS services have been restored.

My.CU.edu, Cognos, PeopleSoft Fin Reporting and PeopleSoft HR Reporting were unavailable. DARSweb, eRA were having intermittent access issues.
