Description
The IT Service Center call center will be closed starting at 1:30 pm on Monday, April 1, due to construction activities in the building. The call center will reopen at 7:30 am on Tuesday, April 2. Those who need help during this timeframe can continue to contact the service center at help@colorado.edu. IT Service Center technicians will continue to work on cases during regular business hours while the call center is closed.
Impact
Calls to the IT Service Center will not be answered from 1:30 pm on Monday, April 1, until 7:30 am on Tuesday, April 2, while the call center is closed for construction.
