Service Issue Update 5:58 a.m.: The tudent Printing and Scanning (SPS) service has been restored.

Service Restored 5:25 p.m.: The SPSC data center network is back to normal. However, Student Printing and Scanning (SPS) is still unavailable. OIT has engaged with the vendor and they will be onsite tomorrow morning to address the issue.

Service owners are in the process of testing services hosted in the SPSC data center to ensure functionality.  

Service Issue Update 4:01 p.m.: Network Engineering and Operations has been working with the vendor to address the remaining network connectivity problems in the SPSC Data Center. The only solution to resolve the problem will require a reboot so over the next twenty minutes the SPSC Data Center will not have any network connectivity. More information will be posted here as it becomes available. 

Service Restored 10:55 a.m.: The Student Printing Service issues have been resolved. The only remaining service impact is to some Housing and Dining Services (HDS) systems in SPSC Data Center. The teams will continue to investigate. All other SPSC services are up and operating normally.  

Service Issue Update 10:09 a.m.: Connectivity to Computer Science and PACE Lab has been restored. The team anticipates the Student Printing Service to be restored within the next thirty minutes. No additional service disruptions are expected.

Service Issue Reported 6:55 a.m.: This morning there were complications with an upgrade that is impacting the connectivity for some services that reside in the SPSC Data Center. Some of those services include: Computer Science, PACE Lab, Housing and Dining Services, and Student Printing Service. OIT is working to resolve the issue and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
