Service restored: Desire2Learn has resolved the Document Viewer issues. OIT has verified that documents are now loading and displaying in the viewer properly.

Service issue reported: Users are reporting issues rendering documents in the Desire2Learn (D2L) Document Viewer. Some documents remain in a "loading" status  and never open. As a workaround, download the documents from the Content page (click the down arrow icon located to the right of the file and select "Download," as shown next), rather than opening them in the Document Viewer. The D2L vendor has been engaged and expects the issue to be resolved within the  hour.


Documents are not opening in Desire2Learn's Document Viewer.
